We were camping and so access to great healthy fish and meats veggies, beautiful breakfasts like you would get in a nice hotel wasn't there...
I had to make the best that I could....but those cornish treats crept in.....
And then the alcohol.....having a drink every day......because guess what I am human and when I go away I am like everyone else I like to loosen up a bit
SO WHAT DID I DO WHEN I GOT BACK????
I got straight back ON IT.....back to the gym.....back to healthy eating and so I am feeling better already
It made me think though about how people with weight to lose feel
My clothes were tight
I had heartburn
I wasn't sleeping well
My energy was low
I got some spots
And that was just in loosening things up for 10 days!!!
