I guess most peoples answer is as healthy as I can possibly be.
Why don't we always do all that we can to make us that then?
Most of us know that eating sugar is bad for us.
We know that we need to get regular exercise, a mixture of cardio to get the heart pumping and weight bearing to build muscle.
Most of us know that we need to eat lots of veggies and some fruit each week
And again most of us know that caffeine and alcohol are not great for our body and should be moderated.
And I could go on and on
But even though we know these things lots of people still keep eating the sugar, drinking the caffeine and not getting the exercise etc
Why is this???
I am coming at this today not from a weight loss angle but from a health angle.
If you can feel the benefits of a healthy eating plan in your body, if you are sleeping better, feeling happier, feeling less bloated and cleaner on the inside, reducing medications and simply bursting with health and happiness, will you keep doing whatever it was that made you feel like that?
I think most people would and that is what I experience with my clients on the Hot Body plan, once they start to feel the difference in their health never mind what the scales or the tape measure say then they want to keep doing it.
They don't want to eat the "bad" foods that will send them spiralling back into low energy, bad moods and the chance of developing heart disease or diabetes.

So take a moment to think about how healthy you feel, forgetting your weight and what size clothes you want to be in, are you healthy from the inside out?
