I am able to tailor the meal plan to fit into your life and still enable you to eat out and enjoy a drink if thats what you like to do.
With a daily check in and a weekly 30 minute coaching call we can quickly identify any foods that are impacting on you hormonally or zapping your energy.
We can also look at triggers that make you "fall off the wagon" to make it so much easy to just get back on it!
All done online I can work with you from anywhere so it does not matter if you are not based near to me.

I needed to lose weight and I had tried very hard on other diets to the point that I was skipping meals but those dreaded numbers on the scale were not moving. It was time to take matters in hand. I had started the C25K and had got into a routine with that now for the diet. This is when I turned to Kelly for help.
Kelly asked me what foods I had liked to eat and I had to be in regular contact with her about how I was feeling. The food suggestions were brilliant - no food was banned. Everything in moderation and the food suggested was lovely. I have even continued eating avocados! The weight dropped off and losing inches. In total I had lost around 10lb. I had never eaten so much - wasn’t hungry and those numbers kept dropping on the scale. I can’t thank Kelly enough but on top of that I felt absolutely fantastic. I felt on top of the world. I have continued with the meal plans and the weight is still coming off and I have taken up swimming.

"I have just completed the 1 month 1 to 1 with Kelly and can honestly say it was really easy!
Having the menu’s laid out for me so all I need to do is the shopping is brilliant – I found once I had done the shopping the easiest thing to do was to portion out the meat/fish etc and put it in the freezer so its easy to find and you know what you are working with. The weekly phone call is a boost and daily texts or emails are encouraged.My husband also enjoyed the meals and said that he didn’t feel like he was on a diet – always a bonus – but I did do his meals a little larger than mine.
At the end of the 4 weeks I have been sleeping better and clothes feel MUCH better – I have lost 10lbs and 6.5 inches and do not feel like I have had to make any sacrifices.
I would definitely do this again – especially before/after a holiday or special occasion.
