50+ Fitness
A fun friendly class with a low impact dance warm up following by toning exercises to work the legs, arms and tummy, using chairs and resistance bands the whole class is geared at ladies who want to exercise within a similar age group.
'Kelly's keep fit for the over 50's is excellent, plenty of variety from aerobics to toning to suit the age group. I love her sunny character and she always has time for everyone. Also great recipes!! Keep up the good work Kelly I really enjoy coming.' Angela
Zumba
A dance fitness class set to all different music styles, you don't need to be co ordinated, just want to move and have fun.
'Wow! I've never (and I mean never) found exercising this fun before! The perfect combo of dancing and toning, and with such a welcoming teacher in Kelly, too - I defo recommend this to anyone. Viva Zumba!' Dan
Clubbercise
A fun fitness class set to dance tunes from the 90's to present day. Done in a darkened room with glow sticks and disco lights this class will feel more like a night out than exercise!!!

Fitness Pilates
A mat based class concentrating on strength, tone and flexibility, great for improving core strength and always finishing with a deep stretch and relaxation section.

Zumba Gold
The same as Zumba but aimed at the older participant who wants a low impact version of this popular dance fitness class.

HIIT
A 30 minute class designed to burn a lot of fat and improve fitness levels fast! You do not have to be super fit for this one just willing to work to your personal maximum

A fun fast paced fitness class, a cardio workout and toning exercises to achieve all over body conditioning

An all over body conditioning class using a Kettlebell....this will melt fat FAST
"Loved the class! The class does go by really quickly, even the structure of the class is great, it helps you take your mind of the aches as your constantly changing things. You can really see how in time it will help sculpt my bingo wings away. My legs and glutes will be falling out with me tomorrow too. My thighs are already feeling heavy. Ha" Marie
Freestyle Fitness Yoga Relax
This class focuses on stretch, strength and relaxation using gentle yoga poses. It's perfect for beginners and all fitness levels. If you have always fancied trying yoga but were a little unsure this is the perfect class to start with.
