I have been part of three of Kelly’s 21 day events which encourage you to plan your menus so that you eat healthily, provide you with access to different exercise videos and support you with realistic, pragmatic support on an individual as well as a group basis. The group support from other participants is also invaluable. I have joined up for all the 21 day courses next year. I lost 20lbs over 3 months without stressing about the days I went off plan. I can only say try and see. It’s a revelation and also enjoyable.

I’ve lost a total of 9 lbs and 7 inches on this plan, so I am really pleased with that.
I have enjoyed doing the daily exercise videos and having the food plan to work to. The daily healthy habit tips from Kelly and support of everyone in the group have helped keep me on track.
I am drinking more water and am learning to make healthier choices. As a result I have more energy and my clothes are fitting better.

Final weigh in 5lb off which is fantastic for me - I didn’t measure myself but can see I have lost inches off my waist in particular I am feeling really healthy & my sleeping is so much better.
The group was so friendly & supportive & obviously Kelly gave us so much motivation to keep going especially on those low day - great 21 day challenge

I've lost 9lb over the plan and 4.5 inches 😱 seems such a lot but I've checked it twice and it's right! So far on my journey with Kelly I've lost 1st 7lb 👍 feel so much more in control of what I'm eating and loads healthier. My skin is so much more softer than before. The meal planners and daily pep talks along with the mini challenges keep me on track. Thank you Kelly and ladies for your support. Looking forward to the next plan

Weighed in this morning as we have a busy weekend ahead and I’ve lost 6lb over the 3 weeks.
Not done my measurements yet but will do. This plan has got me back on track!
I’m back in the swing of eating well and enjoying it. I’m kicking the snacking habits and getting back to exercise and am feeling much better for it!

This has really been a chance for me to reset my food and exercise. I have slipped into bad food and snacking habits especially since working at home through Covid. The group is so supportive and has given me great ideas of other food options. I am really feeling much better with more energy and I have one week to go!

Hi all, over the 3 weeks I have lost 3.5lb and 4inches, so pleased. I didn’t think I’d cope with counting calories as not done it before but it has now become part of my normal routine, my kitchen scales are no longer collecting dust at the back of a cupboard! Congrats with all your results and look forward to the new plan on Monday x

Small loss last week but 13lbs in total over the May & June challenges which I’m delighted with. Going to have a go on my own now, my brain has definitely been reset, my goals are now more to be strong and keep in control. I've now lost 3 stone since I've been following Kelly's plans since the start of Jan! I've still got a bit more to go until my BMI is in the 'healthy' range, but I do feel and look totally different to how I did in Jan. I've dropped at least 2 dress sizes and have so much more self confidence. So thank you Kelly for the motivation and giving the accountability that I needed to push myself!"

I’ve really enjoyed the last 3 weeks and am feeling focused and determined to carry on. I lost 1lb last week, won’t deny I was hoping for a little more, but that’s just me being impatient! Overall 7.5lbs down which I’m delighted with.

I've lost 3.5lbs this week and just over 6lbs over the 3 weeks so I'm happy with that. I'm still not great at the tracking, although I'm fascinated by the nutrient allowances and how certain food surprise you, I just need to be better at actually recording it all!! But being accountable each week in a group like this is good for me so I will be there in June.

Yeeee I’ve lost 5llb in 7 days, which is incredible, I’m really pleased with that , my downfall I’ve realised is just exactly how many calories are in wine and nuts and how easy it is to eat or drink your daily allowance in wine

I've lost 7lbs & 6 inches in 7 days. Very pleased, feel so much better. Your help has given me the kickstart to continue. Having porridge this morning for a change but had it with almond milk and fruit. I'm going to keep up with the fruit teas. Am planning the burgers tonight and your 'Thursday' curry later in the week that you have done videos for. Looking forward to receiving the recipe books! Thanks for your help Kelly Ravenscroft, you are really good at what you do😊👍😄 xx

I'm over the moon! Had a really hectic week but have managed to shed 7lbs!! Not entirely sure about my measurements but my tummy area definitely feels less bloated and jeans fit better! I'm going to carry on this week and sign up for the plan starting next week. Thanks Kelly! xx
