Don't jump straight on the scales! The chances are if you have enjoyed yourself you will have gained a few pounds on the scales.......you can probably feel it, you don't need the scales to tell you, get back to normal for a week or so and then weigh yourself
Ease yourself back into your routine, hopefully you have a healthy eating and exercise routine, start to gently ease yourself back into it over a few days
Don't beat yourself up, holidays are to be enjoyed, you may have saved all year for that holiday, so enjoy every mouthful and sip, no guilt but just make sure you have a plan to get back to afterwards where for 80% of the time you are being healthy
Remember it is what you do for the majority of the time that is important, build those healthy habits
