Kelly gives you the tools - 15 minute exercises that are just enough to get you back into moving positively. They then remain available for the whole of the month so the rest is up to you, you can either repeat, double up or mix and match depending on how much energy you have

I've been following Kelly since she started her online fitness journey, starting off on main group, but also following her wellness monthly plans on occasions, due to ill health and the main classes being too much for me at this time I've joined the ABC club as it means I can still do exercise at a slower pace, I'll be in the abc group for a while as I really enjoy it, Kelly is just amazing, she really does cater for all levels xx

All classes are different and exhilarating afterwards you feel so motivated with much more energy, who would have thought in these dark times you can feel so good in your own home

I joined Kellys online beginners class in November at the beginning of lockdown 2. I haven't exercised for a couple of years so the classes sounded ideal.
Kellys bubbly personality motivates and encourages you to keep going. The flexibility of attending the class live or using the video at a time to suit your schedule is a bonus, I do both, using the recorded live session to repeat each class.
Kelly offered a Black Friday deal which l quickly took advantage of signing up for December and January as l've finally found a system that works for me . The variety on the timetable has allowed me to discover new classes,my fitness level is improving and my mental health is given a boost each class, who knew exercising at home could be such fun!

I have enjoyed doing the beginners exercise, love the aerobics workout, I normally do it before going to work and alternate the arms and leg workouts, so glad I joined I intend to carry on into 2021 thanks Kelly

I really like beginners classes. I’m on my third month enjoying the low impact. I do 2 classes most days now sometimes before breakfast. P.S I’m retired and over 75!!!

I hadn’t done any exercise for a few years and have started the beginners classes with Kelly. There are a great variety of classes and after 3 weeks am feeling better already. Kelly is very motivating and friendly and I really look forward to the next class. Would recommend to anyone looking to start back into fitness

I love the beginners’ group because I haven’t done any keep fit for a while.
The classes are good fun and you feel you’ve achieved something at the end of it.
I love not having to leave my house to do a class, especially in the current climate.
I also like the classes being 30 mins in length. This is just right for me

The beginners group works so well for me as I haven’t exercised since April due to having sciatica and waiting on an mri. It’s perfect to do my workouts at home either with my kids or when they’re in bed or at school. It is certainly working, I feel much stronger and less stiff and I’m ready for the next group now, I’m so happy that I have found your classes online they work so well for me! Together with your healthy eating plan I am losing weight, feeling less tired, stronger and healthier

This group is just what I needed. For many reasons, I had not exercised for a good 18 months, and was very apprehensive about giving it a go again. Your beginners class is just what I needed. I love the versatility of it, although I would love to do the classes live, unfortunately my job doesn’t allow me too, so being able to do the classes as and when I want is perfect. I have loved having a taster of classes I have perhaps not thought about doing before. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t exercised for a while.

I have been a couch potato for too long now and these classes are just perfect - I’ve just completed my 5th class of the month and feel great. My ability to do more each class increases and I am less breathless during the session. Kelly thank you so much for bringing these classes - I’m signing up for another month.
