I now do Earlybird sessions twice a week and have 121 PT sessions which a tailored to my needs and health limitations. I absolutely love Kelly's style and enthusiasm. I was recommended by my daughter in law over a year ago. It’s been the best thing I’ve done to loose weight. The group support is, without fail, fantastic. No one judges, everyone supports. All help dust you down and pick you up when you falter. Kelly’s approach and principles are pragmatic and achievable and realistic. It’s been by far the best way that I have been encouraged to be accountable for my self and my eating habits without ever being made to feel I’ve failed. I've been coming to your classes since I finished work in 2016. My friend Ann Roberts recommended you and it was the best recommendation ever. I knew I needed something to help me keep my body moving. But most of all to help with my mental health. You certainly tick both boxes and more, from keeping my old bones moving to having a good laugh and being in good company with my fellow keep fitters. I’ve been with you a few years. I think it was2or 3 years before Covid.
I was having physio and they suggested it would help me to do something like this. I though no because I’d been to Gyms and classes before and I didn’t enjoy them. The whole experiences put me off going again.
Then I thought I would try again and researched what there was near enough for me.
Your name came up Kelly but I still felt very dubious & nervous about the whole thing.
So I phoned you up and chatted with you. You were so lovely and encouraging I braved it and I’m still with you now. Usually doing 4 classes a week. I would not have continued if the classes hadn’t had such a lovely atmosphere which comes from you. And the friendliness too.
I have to say even when I don’t feel great I still come and always feel better for doing it. It helps both the body & the mind. So thank you Kelly for all you do

Normally fitness is not fun, however Kelly makes Clubbercise really enjoyable and it can be as easy or as intense as you would like it to be. I have been going a for a couple of months now and already I can feel the difference in my fitness which I am really happy with.

I came to your Friday morning Zumba class at South Parade as it fitted in well with my part time job. I loved it and always came out smiling. When I first came along, I thought you were a professional dancer as you were so good at the moves! I was also impressed with how you kept dancing during your pregnancy.
Your online classes were a life saver during lockdown (especially pilates) and I really admire your hard work and enthusiasm in keeping us motivated and exercising. It was a great achievement especially as you had to constantly adapt and grapple with the technology! (Not to mention keeping going while your kitchen was being along apart around you!) I've always sppreciated your warmth in sharing your journey, and how you manage to stay upbeat and smiling even when we're doing a plank!

I have been doing your classes for so long I can’t remember life without you ! I wasn’t there right from the start but very close and it was due to daughter Cath looking for a local Zumba class. I enjoyed many years at Falcon Lodge Community Hall with you doing every sort of class under the sun, including extra that you arranged such as Belly Dance and Kick boxing ! You offer such a range of classes and never let us get bored. Don’t ever retire Kelly we couldn’t replace you

I just LOVE Kelly's classes! I have gone from one a week to 5 and my fitness and wellbeing have really improved. Each week we have different routines- you never know what you will get so I'm never bored! Classes are fun and friendly and the music is very uplifting. Best classes I have EVER done!

I absolutely love going to Kelly’s classes. I have been attending her classes on & off for many years now during various levels of my own fitness. Always a very warm welcome, always options to go harder or easier, always very inclusive. I feel comfortable in her classes. There is such a good variety of classes to choose from. Great music …. such a friendly crowd … Kelly is motivational, supportive, knowledgeable & approachable … and more often than not we will have a good giggle in her classes. As well as the obvious physical benefits I find Kelly’s classes are a huge mental health check too. Always feel better coming out than I did going in. Thank you Kelly xxxx

The classes are original and fresh, each class is never the same but easy to follow so you get the most of your workout. I work out with Kelly twice a week at 7am in the morning, come rain, snow and shine. I am not alone but with a great group of women all mad enough to get out of bed and join Kelly who takes us through our paces! Kelly is amazing, putting up with some moans and groans, having to repeat instructions because we don't always behave, but no one else would get me there but her. Kelly runs many other face to face and on line classes and is an inspiration.

I mainly do Kelly’s face to face classes which are always great classes…. Kelly is so up beat and makes them fun and everyone is so welcoming.
I have also worked out on line - there are loads and loads of classes for all types of exercise - I keep going back to some favourites working them around my daily routine.

I started with Kelly’s over 50’s exercise classes last year! Great workouts, great music and I love being with people in my age bracket,all very friendly. I also signed up for a bootcamp mixed ages and ability but good workouts and lovely class mates!

Having not exercised for many years and feeling scared I plucked up the courage to go to one of Kelly’s classes - Kelly was welcoming, advised me to do what I could and also was a brilliant instructor. The class was full of friendly ladies who welcomed me - the routines were easy and had low and high options when needed. But most of all they were fun and I didn’t realise I was moving so much and enjoying it!!!! Thank you Kelly for making exercise fun.

I did my first face to face class back in 2020, just before the pandemic! I did two classes and then went online during lockdown. I later joined early bird class and did these until I had my baby this year as well as a mixture of face to face classes. I have also tried the 21 day programme on classes which were fab at helping you get on track. I have If you at thinking of giving it a go, go for it! Kelly is welcoming, friendly and motivating. The added bonus was meeting great girls and making friendships. Exercise is even better when you can enjoy and laugh with friends.

I do early Bird regularly since 2020, 21 day better eating via facebook and evening classes from time to time. Great for fitness, social and overall wellbeing. Kelly motivates and brings people of all fitness levels together. I've been impressed by the variety of each class and how many people become regulars. I even gave up the local big gym to do this as it's just been so much better on lots of levels since covid

Hiit, really great class for good all round cardio and toning. Go at you own pace, Kelly always gives options to either tone it down or pump it up if you need more. Fabulous class!
Clubbercise, what can I say, as soon as I hear the music I just can't keep still! Nice simple routine's to follow with all the fun of clubing in the dark with your glow sticks. No one can see if you go wrong but it doesn't matter any way, everyone is so lovely and you can make the moves your own.
Pilates, great compliment to Clubbercise, you get to stretch all those warm muscles after an hour of bopping. The relaxation session at the end is just magical.
Earlybird Club, what a way to start the day. 7am in the fresh air, rain or shine, fantastic company, great laughs and varied exercise. No week is ever the same Kelly always keeps things fresh. The holistic benefits of this class are amazing.
Dance fitness is great, if clubbing is not your thing but you do love a dance this class is for you. Great fun.
To be honest I'd do all of Kelly's classes if I could. But I think my husband would leave me 🤣🤣
21 day plans are excellent so much support with meal plans, top tips, online exercise routines fabulous. I've lost 4stn with Kelly's plans.
If you want to focus on you this year I would really recommend Keep fit with Kelly. There's something to suit everyone

I've been attending your classes only for a couple of months - I had some health issues and had to have a couple of operations - I was quite apprehensive about exercising however it is probably the best thing I did !!
I attend as many of your morning classes as work allows, your evening classes prove more difficult to get to (because of work) .
If someone was thinking of joining you in the new year I would say absolutely go for it you'll get a good cross section of fitness - you will be encouraged to go at your level and you will not feel judged

I just wanted to thank you for the session this morning. The focus on hips was exactly what I needed! As you may know, I had both hips replaced (10 & 12 years ago) and I could feel lately that I was struggling again with my mobility. I arrived this morning knowing that the class would help but I didn't think it would help that much! I've been feeling great all day and this hasn't happened for a long time so thank you

I joined Kelly's classes just over 12 months ago. At the time I was so unfit I couldn't walk up the stairs without dragging myself up by the bannister and being out of breath. Now I am 4 stn lighter and I usually do 6 classes a week. There's always different levels you can do if you struggle or need to work a bit harder so Kelly's classes suit all abilities. Everyone is so friendly and Kelly is so motivational. I can't believe the difference and how much fitter and healthier I feel. I honestly thank the day that I picked up the phone, when I was at my lowest ebb and reached out to Kelly. Thank you Kelly Ravenscroft

I keep coming back to Kelly for my fitness not only that but for all her tips advise and her all round holistic approach. I'm 45 this year so as much as my mind tells me I can do these mad workouts that exhaust my body I have to be realistic and that is what Kelly's work out are. they are fun !! achievable and sustainable and she makes you feel like you are in the room with her when doing an online class. would highly recommend

I really enjoy the classes . I can do the classes when it suits me you have a wide range to pick form I have great fun doing the classes
There is no rushing out being stuck in traffic and trying to make you class on time .

I have been training with Kelly for 4 plus years now & I’m so committed to classes due to Kelly’s motivation, challenge & variety of classes. Before lock down she did a variety of face to face classes & she quickly converted to on line classes when COvid set in. Now we have the beauty of both as Kelly has reintroduced face to face sessions. She has created a great community where I have made a great circle of keep fit friends . The saying is variety is the spice of life & this is what you get …strength/HIT/stretch/weights/circuits/dance are just some of the choices. When Kelly takes a well deserved break we can carry on with a choice of on line classes to choose from …. But it always feels like she is watching & with you so you work extra hard. I have a Gold Membership which gives me the freedom of both on line & face to face …would highly recommend if you want all over fitness & weight maintenance…thank you Kelly xx

I came across Kelly’s classes about 7 years ago. Her classes are an absolute blast. You’ll feel motivated, meet new friends, come away fitter and feeling better about yourself as a result and you’ll possibly even lose some weight. Whether, like me, you need the motivation of group in person classes or prefer online, there’s something for everyone. I can’t recommend keep fit with Kelly enough. These classes are for beginners or intermediate. Most classes are women but it’s absolutely not women only and gents are very welcome.

The journey began 7th January, my 65th Birthday. I walked in to the hall for the Keep Fit class with trepidation, having also signed up for my 1st on-line weight-loss course, beginning the same day.
What was I so worried about? Kelly greeted me with a huge smile and the ladies made me feel very welcome.
Fast forward to now.. December. Enjoying 5 classes a week, two and a half stone lighter and 3 dress sizes smaller. Feeling fitter, healthier, more comfortable with my body image and a change of mindset.
My journey continues with a new found confidence and self belief.

I've tried other classes and other means to lose weight. I love coming to your classes and taking part in boot camps and drop a dress size. You're motivating but don't judge. Supportive but not over powering. I started in 2018 having just retired and having spent last few years working full time and looking after elderly relatives who had all sadly passed away in a short space of time.
I was tired, fat and lacking in motivation.
Joined Kelly’s classes in January and I can honestly say my life wasn’t the same again.
I love all the classes. I do about 4-5 a week. I also joined Kick Start in January and attended for 6 weeks. In that time I lost 8lb and went on to lose another 9lb by end of March. I’ve maintained since then without too much trouble, still enjoying regular nights out.
9 months on I’m 1-2 dress sizes smaller and have lots more energy.
I’ve never stuck at exercise before but have to say I love the classes Kelly does. I hate to miss them.
Kelly has changed my lifestyle so much I can’t explain.

I can’t begin to tell you how chuffed I am to have lost a stone and 14 inches overall!!!
For anyone thinking of trying PT sessions with Kelly...I had been promising myself to start exercising for longer than I care to admit. I was feeling down and drinking more often than I should. Then, a few months back, I got taken along to a great exercise class ‘open day’ with my lovely friend Yvette and met the fabulous Kelly. She is so friendly and welcoming that I decided to take the big step of booking some personal training sessions with her. I did have a mild panic before the first session and very nearly cancelled. I am so glad that Kelly gently convinced me to give it a try. I loved Kelly’s sessions immediately! I had 3 x PT sessions with Kelly but got Cellulitis thanks to an insect bite and then came down with Laryngitis/Acute Pharyngitis (Doctor’s diagnosis differed?!). During these few weeks of feeling really poorly, I obviously couldn’t exercise at all but I did manage to stick to Kelly’s clean eating meal plans. Obviously my appetite wasn’t great being ill and I was reliant on my fab friend ‘Katie’s’ homemade soups to get me through the first week of feeling awful but I have found that my whole outlook on what I eat has changed in a very short period of time. The menus are easy to follow and I find shopping for food much less stressful, knowing what my week’s meals are going to be. I don’t feel bloated anymore and I don’t really miss the carbs, I’ve stopped drinking alcohol and now that I’m finally starting to feel better, I can actually get off my sick bed/sofa and get out in the fresh air and gently start to exercise again. Kelly even changed the way we exercise because of my painful cough so that it didn’t aggravate it. My voice is still not fully recovered but thankfully, you don’t have to talk whilst you exercise. Kelly is always upbeat, positive and great fun. I will most definitely be booking another 10 PT sessions.

AMAZING! Just finished a course of PT sessions with Kelly, and its been a blast! Kelly is absolutely lovely, full of energy and always soooo positive. Like most people, I was apprehensive of what the sessions would involve, but I didn't need to worry, it wasn't horrible at all! She tailored each session personally around me and which parts I wanted to work on. I had an injury to my foot so couldn't do any running but it didn't matter, there were so many other exercises and routines Kelly introduced. We've done things like kettlebell, barbell & Pilates to name a few. She also brings advice on eating & diet including weekly meal plans which have been really helpful. I lost a total of 7 inches, including 3" from my waist!! I feel better, my clothes fit better and its kick started a healthier diet and more regular exercise for me, yayyy! Thank you Kelly

I did my first Zumba class with Kelly recently and really enjoyed it. Even a novice like me can learn to get fit again. Kelly is really friendly and approachable and there's no pressure to 'get all the moves' right (which i probably didn't)! Will be going to another class of Kelly's soon.

Loved the class! The class does go by really quickly, even the structure of the class is great, it helps you take your mind of the aches as your constantly changing things. You can really see how in time it will help sculpt my bingo wings away. My legs and glutes will be falling out with me tomorrow too. My thighs are already feeling heavy. Ha

So I found these 13 days a eye opener. I didnt realise how much i snacked and how I only eat certain foods. I found the first 3 days in both weeks the hardest but so glad I did do it. So thank you Kelly for the support and guidance.

Total inch loss 10.5"
I'm very happy with my results and can definitely notice a difference. Even my husband as made many comments which is rare. Haha.

Day 14 and it's weigh in time!😬😬😬Well I've lost so that's good! 5lbs 4ozs so, not too bad considering hardly any exercise. And 3 1/2 inches overall.
What have I learnt.....I can do without so much tea! I thought this would be a big problem because I must drink 8/10 cups a day and I went to none! I still like a nice cuppa but I think I will cut down now and try 3 at the most.
I've always known that if I cut out bad carbs potatoes, spaghetti, rice I could lose weight and I think if I hadn't had sure large meals I would have lost more. I love cheese and a drink now and again so that's what I am going to do. But only now and again. I'm changing my drinking habits back to gin and slim line tonic from red wine. And only when I go out, not in the house! Not that I drink that much normally anyway! Hic! 😉Says me who's going away again this weekend with my girlfriends and I know the champagne will be following!🍾🥂🎉🍹🙄
One thing that's been the best of all on this diet is all the support from all you lovely ladies. And we all did so, so very well-didn't we? So to conclude a big thanks to Kelly Ravenscroft and all you beautiful ladies( what ever the size you are)! Keep up the good work but also remember to enjoy your life, that's what life is for! Kelly can do it and so can we? Thank you all once again for getting me started on the right road.

I've lost 7lbs & 6 inches in 7 days. Very pleased, feel so much better. Your help has given me the kickstart to continue. Morning well done ladies !! I've lost 4lbs in 7 days I didn't measure my self as didn't have a tape measure! but my tummy is no longer bloated .. Another 2 lbs off on the scales this morning so 8lbs altogether. Inches off principally on boobs and waist and feel much more toned. This has been a really good experience for me and with Kelly and the group behind me I have stayed disciplined more so than with any other method I have used. I found drinking that amount of water the biggest challenge. I am now feeling brighter and was told the other day I looked "sparkling". I'll take that. Sleep still a little up and down but hopefully that will come. But best of all I have the motivation to keep going. Thanks everyone and especially to Kelly. X

Thank you Kelly and everyone, great support and advice. I had attemped one of Kellys plans in the past but didn't stay on plan I hadn't got facebook at that time, the online support has helped to pull me through. I remembered some past advice from Kelly and I have been having a glass of water with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt pre exercise. I have discovered that I am part Adrenal and Thyroid hormonal type so my next challenge is to eat to suit these. I am so pleased with the 7lb weight loss and 8". I am an anxious person, the anxiety and what I was eating was causing bloating, gp just gave me meds to take before meals. I stopped these on day 1 and have had a couple days I have felt bloated, I'm noting what I eat so I can find out the cause. I am feeling a lot less anxious too. So in conclusion I intend to continue clean eating, no wheat, no caffine and no sugar. Wishing everyone well for the future xx

Hi Kelly. Just wanted to say I felt your talk really helped last night, and the science around it really explains alot of the reason I always feel bloated. I have also watched the video you uploaded. I feel i no how to avoid getting bloated now. I ate bread this weekend and suddenly yesterday felt so bloated and fat. This morning I feel light, my work clothes are baggy and even got on the scales and im 2 pounds lighter. I have loved doing KSFL over the last two months and I'm so pleased with my results. I've lost 11.5 pounds so far and I've not done my measurements for the last few weeks but will do. It has definitely changed the way I eat and as you know the health benefits with my eczema are amazing. I have suffered with eczema since a child I'm a nurse so constantly washing my hands all day, I usually have very red cracked skin. I have just finished nights and days and it's a miracle! I joined the group in the hope of losing 7-10lbs and to be able to feel comfortable in a dress I'd bought for my holiday in August but didn't take but wanted to take on a Xmas holiday I was going on. Although I didn't lose 7-10lbs but I now feel comfortable in my dress.
The one thing that this plan reinforced to me was how certain foods made me feel really bloated.
Highlights for me: Meeting the other members of the group & the camaraderie that built up with everyone and all the support provided by yourself as no question was a stupid question.
There is nothing that I would change about the course.

I expected for the month to be quite painful in terms of being really restricted in what I could eat, meaning I would be unable to eat out without using that as my cheat meal- however, I ate out fairly regularly and still managed to lose weight and inches.

As you know I thoroughly enjoy your classes. You make them original and more importantly "fun"
I recently underwent a health assessment with very positive feedback.
Here are some of the findings:
In one year I have lost 2 cm from my waist and 5 cm from my hips. I don't diet... This loss is all due to exercise.
I carry more muscle to body fat than I did 12 months ago. I was told this is unusual for a lady my age so very happy about that.
My posture has improved significantly due to a stronger core and my flexibility was excellent as well. This I believe will help keep back troubles at bay.
The one finding I found most interesting was the positive way my body deals with stress. Given the heartache I have dealt with I can only put this down to your Pilates and Unite classes which exercise the mind as well as the body.
There were other positives to do with diet but I just wanted to emphasise the importance of exercise. Not only is it fun, it helps keep you fit and healthy both in body and mind. I'm absolutely sure that I wouldn't have coped so well without your classes!

I have done exercise most of my life with about a 15 year+ gap until the last 2 years where I discovered Kelly's Zumba Gold (I am now 74) I just won't miss a class unless I have no choice as I love the music and it makes exercising so much more fun. 18 months ago my chloesterol was 10.5. Today it is 4.5!!!! .and the statin I'm on is low dose and not the one they give bypass patients which I had to take before Woo. You must take some credit for this. Because of you I exercise regularly I gave up industrial strenth coffee. I lost a stone and now think about what I eat (would like to loose more but you can't have it all. And guess what I'm not going to have a stroke any time soon. Thank you Kelly.

As a working mom of two I was having difficulty making regular classes so I signed up for the HIIT online with Kelly. Have to agree with everything Leo has said. I'm 50 and overweight and I do an aerobics class followed by a Zumba class on Monday and Wednesdays! I really enjoy it, mainly because Kelly encourages you to take rest or drinks breaks whenever you need to, but also to try and push yourself sometimes which is brilliant for self-esteem. And most of all, to just enjoy it!!

Have been a member of gyms, and tried classes in most places and never really enjoyed them, Kelly's classes are excellent, I have been going for 6 months, feel much fitter and definatley have more muscle definition. Great teaching style , not an army major or too soft, everything explained, moves for all levels, very friendly classes, lots of fun.

Only been couple of times so far, ive done many dance classes but this is something else, i love it! Kelly is brilliant, makes it so much fun. My daughter wants to come now too! I am a big girl but this doesnt make me feel self conscious at all and i can keep up!bonus! thanks Kelly:)

Great classes,been going to zumba twice a week & aerobic class on a monday night,really enjoy both classes & definatly have noticed a change in body shape.Kelly is a great instructor and makes the classes great fun & they really lift your mood. would recommend everyone to try ,Brill !!
My first experience with Kelly was following the on line workouts which was an excellent way of keeping fit without leaving home. Then I completed a session with weights at a local school. I now do Earlybird sessions twice a week and have 121 PT sessions which a tailored to my needs and health limitations. I absolutely love Kelly's style and enthusiasm. No two sessions are ever the same! I thoroughly recommend Kelly to get you motivated!

I was recommended by my daughter in law over a year ago. It’s been the best thing I’ve done to loose weight. The group support is, without fail, fantastic. No one judges, everyone supports. All help dust you down and pick you up when you falter. Kelly’s approach and principles are pragmatic and achievable and realistic. It’s been by far the best way that I have been encouraged to be accountable for my self and my eating habits without ever being made to feel I’ve failed. I’ve been with you a few years. I think it was2or 3 years before Covid.
I was having physio and they suggested it would help me to do something like this. I though no because I’d been to Gyms and classes before and I didn’t enjoy them. The whole experiences put me off going again.
Then I thought I would try again and researched what there was near enough for me.
Your name came up Kelly but I still felt very dubious & nervous about the whole thing.
So I phoned you up and chatted with you. You were so lovely and encouraging I braved it and I’m still with you now. Usually doing 4 classes a week. I would not have continued if the classes hadn’t had such a lovely atmosphere which comes from you. And the friendliness too.
I have to say even when I don’t feel great I still come and always feel better for doing it. It helps both the body & the mind. So thank you Kelly for all you do

Normally fitness is not fun, however Kelly makes Clubbercise really enjoyable and it can be as easy or as intense as you would like it to be. I have been going a for a couple of months now and already I can feel the difference in my fitness which I am really happy with.

I came to your Friday morning Zumba class at South Parade as it fitted in well with my part time job. I loved it and always came out smiling. When I first came along, I thought you were a professional dancer as you were so good at the moves! I was also impressed with how you kept dancing during your pregnancy.
Your online classes were a life saver during lockdown (especially pilates) and I really admire your hard work and enthusiasm in keeping us motivated and exercising. It was a great achievement especially as you had to constantly adapt and grapple with the technology! (Not to mention keeping going while your kitchen was being along apart around you!) I've always sppreciated your warmth in sharing your journey, and how you manage to stay upbeat and smiling even when we're doing a plank!

I absolutely love going to Kelly’s classes. I have been attending her classes on & off for many years now during various levels of my own fitness. Always a very warm welcome, always options to go harder or easier, always very inclusive. I feel comfortable in her classes. There is such a good variety of classes to choose from. Great music …. such a friendly crowd … Kelly is motivational, supportive, knowledgeable & approachable … and more often than not we will have a good giggle in her classes. I work out with Kelly twice a week at 7am in the morning, come rain, snow and shine. I am not alone but with a great group of women all mad enough to get out of bed and join Kelly who takes us through our paces! Kelly is amazing, putting up with some moans and groans, having to repeat instructions because we don't always behave, but no one else would get me there but her. Kelly runs many other face to face and on line classes and is an inspiration.

I started with Kelly’s over 50’s exercise classes last year! Great workouts, great music and I love being with people in my age bracket,all very friendly. I also signed up for a bootcamp mixed ages and ability but good workouts and lovely class mates!

The class was full of friendly ladies who welcomed me - the routines were easy and had low and high options when needed. I did my first face to face class back in 2020, just before the pandemic! I did two classes and then went online during lockdown. I later joined early bird class and did these until I had my baby this year as well as a mixture of face to face classes. I have also tried the 21 day programme on classes which were fab at helping you get on track. I have If you at thinking of giving it a go, go for it! Kelly is welcoming, friendly and motivating. The added bonus was meeting great girls and making friendships. Exercise is even better when you can enjoy and laugh with friends.

I do early Bird regularly since 2020, 21 day better eating via facebook and evening classes from time to time. Great for fitness, social and overall wellbeing. Kelly motivates and brings people of all fitness levels together. I've been impressed by the variety of each class and how many people become regulars. I even gave up the local big gym to do this as it's just been so much better on lots of levels since covid

Hiit, really great class for good all round cardio and toning. Go at you own pace, Kelly always gives options to either tone it down or pump it up if you need more. Fabulous class!
Clubbercise, what can I say, as soon as I hear the music I just can't keep still! Nice simple routine's to follow with all the fun of clubing in the dark with your glow sticks. No one can see if you go wrong but it doesn't matter any way, everyone is so lovely and you can make the moves your own.
Pilates, great compliment to Clubbercise, you get to stretch all those warm muscles after an hour of bopping. The relaxation session at the end is just magical.
Earlybird Club, what a way to start the day. 7am in the fresh air, rain or shine, fantastic company, great laughs and varied exercise. No week is ever the same Kelly always keeps things fresh. The holistic benefits of this class are amazing.
Dance fitness is great, if clubbing is not your thing but you do love a dance this class is for you. Great fun.
To be honest I'd do all of Kelly's classes if I could. But I think my husband would leave me 🤣🤣
21 day plans are excellent so much support with meal plans, top tips, online exercise routines fabulous. I've lost 4stn with Kelly's plans.
If you want to focus on you this year I would really recommend Keep fit with Kelly. There's something to suit everyone

I've been attending your classes only for a couple of months - I had some health issues and had to have a couple of operations - I was quite apprehensive about exercising however it is probably the best thing I did !!
I attend as many of your morning classes as work allows, your evening classes prove more difficult to get to (because of work) .
If someone was thinking of joining you in the new year I would say absolutely go for it you'll get a good cross section of fitness - you will be encouraged to go at your level and you will not feel judged

I joined Kelly's classes just over 12 months ago. At the time I was so unfit I couldn't walk up the stairs without dragging myself up by the bannister and being out of breath. Now I am 4 stn lighter and I usually do 6 classes a week. There's always different levels you can do if you struggle or need to work a bit harder so Kelly's classes suit all abilities. Everyone is so friendly and Kelly is so motivational. I can't believe the difference and how much fitter and healthier I feel. I have been training with Kelly for 4 plus years now & I’m so committed to classes due to Kelly’s motivation, challenge & variety of classes. Before lock down she did a variety of face to face classes & she quickly converted to on line classes when COvid set in. Now we have the beauty of both as Kelly has reintroduced face to face sessions. She has created a great community where I have made a great circle of keep fit friends . The saying is variety is the spice of life & this is what you get …strength/HIT/stretch/weights/circuits/dance are just some of the choices. When Kelly takes a well deserved break we can carry on with a choice of on line classes to choose from …. But it always feels like she is watching & with you so you work extra hard. I have a Gold Membership which gives me the freedom of both on line & face to face …would highly recommend if you want all over fitness & weight maintenance…thank you Kelly xx

I came across Kelly’s classes about 7 years ago. Her classes are an absolute blast. You’ll feel motivated, meet new friends, come away fitter and feeling better about yourself as a result and you’ll possibly even lose some weight. Whether, like me, you need the motivation of group in person classes or prefer online, there’s something for everyone. I can’t recommend keep fit with Kelly enough. These classes are for beginners or intermediate. Most classes are women but it’s absolutely not women only and gents are very welcome.

The journey began 7th January, my 65th Birthday. I walked in to the hall for the Keep Fit class with trepidation, having also signed up for my 1st on-line weight-loss course, beginning the same day.
What was I so worried about? Kelly greeted me with a huge smile and the ladies made me feel very welcome.
Fast forward to now.. December. Enjoying 5 classes a week, two and a half stone lighter and 3 dress sizes smaller. Feeling fitter, healthier, more comfortable with my body image and a change of mindset.
My journey continues with a new found confidence and self belief.

I've tried other classes and other means to lose weight. I love coming to your classes and taking part in boot camps and drop a dress size. You're motivating but don't judge. I started in 2018 having just retired and having spent last few years working full time and looking after elderly relatives who had all sadly passed away in a short space of time.
I was tired, fat and lacking in motivation.
Joined Kelly’s classes in January and I can honestly say my life wasn’t the same again.
I love all the classes. I do about 4-5 a week. I also joined Kick Start in January and attended for 6 weeks. In that time I lost 8lb and went on to lose another 9lb by end of March. I’ve maintained since then without too much trouble, still enjoying regular nights out.
9 months on I’m 1-2 dress sizes smaller and have lots more energy.
I’ve never stuck at exercise before but have to say I love the classes Kelly does. I hate to miss them.
Kelly has changed my lifestyle so much I can’t explain.

For anyone thinking of trying PT sessions with Kelly...I had been promising myself to start exercising for longer than I care to admit. I was feeling down and drinking more often than I should. Then, a few months back, I got taken along to a great exercise class ‘open day’ with my lovely friend Yvette and met the fabulous Kelly. She is so friendly and welcoming that I decided to take the big step of booking some personal training sessions with her. I did have a mild panic before the first session and very nearly cancelled. I am so glad that Kelly gently convinced me to give it a try. I loved Kelly’s sessions immediately! I had 3 x PT sessions with Kelly but got Cellulitis thanks to an insect bite and then came down with Laryngitis/Acute Pharyngitis (Doctor’s diagnosis differed?!). During these few weeks of feeling really poorly, I obviously couldn’t exercise at all but I did manage to stick to Kelly’s clean eating meal plans. Obviously my appetite wasn’t great being ill and I was reliant on my fab friend ‘Katie’s’ homemade soups to get me through the first week of feeling awful but I have found that my whole outlook on what I eat has changed in a very short period of time. The menus are easy to follow and I find shopping for food much less stressful, knowing what my week’s meals are going to be. I don’t feel bloated anymore and I don’t really miss the carbs, I’ve stopped drinking alcohol and now that I’m finally starting to feel better, I can actually get off my sick bed/sofa and get out in the fresh air and gently start to exercise again. Kelly even changed the way we exercise because of my painful cough so that it didn’t aggravate it. My voice is still not fully recovered but thankfully, you don’t have to talk whilst you exercise. Kelly is always upbeat, positive and great fun. I will most definitely be booking another 10 PT sessions.

AMAZING! Just finished a course of PT sessions with Kelly, and its been a blast! Kelly is absolutely lovely, full of energy and always soooo positive. Like most people, I was apprehensive of what the sessions would involve, but I didn't need to worry, it wasn't horrible at all! She tailored each session personally around me and which parts I wanted to work on. I had an injury to my foot so couldn't do any running but it didn't matter, there were so many other exercises and routines Kelly introduced. We've done things like kettlebell, barbell & Pilates to name a few. She also brings advice on eating & diet including weekly meal plans which have been really helpful. I lost a total of 7 inches, including 3" from my waist!! I feel better, my clothes fit better and its kick started a healthier diet and more regular exercise for me, yayyy! Thank you Kelly

So I found these 13 days a eye opener. I didnt realise how much i snacked and how I only eat certain foods. I found the first 3 days in both weeks the hardest but so glad I did do it. So thank you Kelly for the support and guidance.

I'm very happy with my results and can definitely notice a difference. Even my husband as made many comments which is rare. Haha.

Day 14 and it's weigh in time!😬😬😬Well I've lost so that's good! 5lbs 4ozs so, not too bad considering hardly any exercise. And 3 1/2 inches overall.
What have I learnt.....I can do without so much tea! I thought this would be a big problem because I must drink 8/10 cups a day and I went to none! I still like a nice cuppa but I think I will cut down now and try 3 at the most.
I've always known that if I cut out bad carbs potatoes, spaghetti, rice I could lose weight and I think if I hadn't had sure large meals I would have lost more. I love cheese and a drink now and again so that's what I am going to do. But only now and again. I'm changing my drinking habits back to gin and slim line tonic from red wine. And only when I go out, not in the house! Not that I drink that much normally anyway! Hic! 😉Says me who's going away again this weekend with my girlfriends and I know the champagne will be following!🍾🥂🎉🍹🙄
One thing that's been the best of all on this diet is all the support from all you lovely ladies. And we all did so, so very well-didn't we? So to conclude a big thanks to Kelly Ravenscroft and all you beautiful ladies( what ever the size you are)! Keep up the good work but also remember to enjoy your life, that's what life is for! Morning well done ladies !! I've lost 4lbs in 7 days I didn't measure my self as didn't have a tape measure! but my tummy is no longer bloated .. Loved the class - definitely felt the empowerment helped with sustaining exercise after I would normally have stopped . Have found myself chanting to myself when doing HIIT and Blockfit and surprisingly it does work . The meditation is a great way to end I cannot believe how quickly my mind and body relaxes . Would definitely join another course if you run it again. Thanks again for bringing us something new !

Another 2 lbs off on the scales this morning so 8lbs altogether. Inches off principally on boobs and waist and feel much more toned. This has been a really good experience for me and with Kelly and the group behind me I have stayed disciplined more so than with any other method I have used. I found drinking that amount of water the biggest challenge. I am now feeling brighter and was told the other day I looked "sparkling". I'll take that. Sleep still a little up and down but hopefully that will come. But best of all I have the motivation to keep going. Thanks everyone and especially to Kelly. X

Thank you Kelly and everyone, great support and advice. I had attemped one of Kellys plans in the past but didn't stay on plan I hadn't got facebook at that time, the online support has helped to pull me through. I remembered some past advice from Kelly and I have been having a glass of water with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt pre exercise. I have discovered that I am part Adrenal and Thyroid hormonal type so my next challenge is to eat to suit these. I am so pleased with the 7lb weight loss and 8". I am an anxious person, the anxiety and what I was eating was causing bloating, gp just gave me meds to take before meals. I stopped these on day 1 and have had a couple days I have felt bloated, I'm noting what I eat so I can find out the cause. I am feeling a lot less anxious too. So in conclusion I intend to continue clean eating, no wheat, no caffine and no sugar. Wishing everyone well for the future xx

Ive lost 7lbs in 14 days which I am so pleased with . To me though its been really good to know I can commit to my health goals and stick to a way of life more than a diet,Its been good to grow to like peppermint tea and herbal teas and to know i can cope without sugar.I want to thank you for your eternal optimism and encouragement and the others in the group for sharing which really helps to spur us along. Hi Kelly. Just wanted to say I felt your talk really helped last night, and the science around it really explains alot of the reason I always feel bloated. I have also watched the video you uploaded. I feel i no how to avoid getting bloated now. I ate bread this weekend and suddenly yesterday felt so bloated and fat. This morning I feel light, my work clothes are baggy and even got on the scales and im 2 pounds lighter. After not doing exercise for a very long time, I felt very apprehensive about going on my own. I'd been watching Kelly's page for sometime and decided to start Kettlebells. I loved it, so much, I then started Blockfit, it's an amazing class and feeling good when you come out. Good Morning All, Okay the results are in!! So I completed my 28 days yesterday and have lost 10 and a half pounds!!! I have done so many ' crash!' I have loved doing KSFL over the last two months and I'm so pleased with my results. I've lost 11.5 pounds so far and I've not done my measurements for the last few weeks but will do. It has definitely changed the way I eat and as you know the health benefits with my eczema are amazing. I feel so much better with more energy, sleeping better, waking up brighter each morning rather than exhausted, better skin and hair!

I have to say I never thought this diet would have such a huge impact on my life. I was so wrong.
I have suffered with eczema since a child I'm a nurse so constantly washing my hands all day, I usually have very red cracked skin. I have just finished nights and days and it's a miracle! My hands are normal. This is a break through for me as even the dermatology team struggle to help me clear this. Seem to be having scale problems this morning. I've either gained 4lbs or am the same as last week. I have lost another 2 inches unless the tape measure needs new batteries as well! I joined the group in the hope of losing 7-10lbs and to be able to feel comfortable in a dress I'd bought for my holiday in August but didn't take but wanted to take on a Xmas holiday I was going on. Although I didn't lose 7-10lbs but I now feel comfortable in my dress.
The one thing that this plan reinforced to me was how certain foods made me feel really bloated.
Highlights for me: Meeting the other members of the group & the camaraderie that built up with everyone and all the support provided by yourself as no question was a stupid question.
There is nothing that I would change about the course.

I expected for the month to be quite painful in terms of being really restricted in what I could eat, meaning I would be unable to eat out without using that as my cheat meal- however, I ate out fairly regularly and still managed to lose weight and inches.
The highlights were eating- clean food is actually really delicious, and I enjoyed eating avocados. Another highlight was being weighed.

As you know I thoroughly enjoy your classes. You make them original and more importantly "fun"
I recently underwent a health assessment with very positive feedback.
Here are some of the findings:
In one year I have lost 2 cm from my waist and 5 cm from my hips. I don't diet... This loss is all due to exercise.
I carry more muscle to body fat than I did 12 months ago. I was told this is unusual for a lady my age so very happy about that.
My posture has improved significantly due to a stronger core and my flexibility was excellent as well. This I believe will help keep back troubles at bay.
The one finding I found most interesting was the positive way my body deals with stress. Given the heartache I have dealt with I can only put this down to your Pilates and Unite classes which exercise the mind as well as the body.
There were other positives to do with diet but I just wanted to emphasise the importance of exercise. Not only is it fun, it helps keep you fit and healthy both in body and mind. I'm absolutely sure that I wouldn't have coped so well without your classes!

I have done exercise most of my life with about a 15 year+ gap until the last 2 years where I discovered Kelly's Zumba Gold (I am now 74) I just won't miss a class unless I have no choice as I love the music and it makes exercising so much more fun. Her motivation and enthusiasm for what she does motivates me to work hard every class and she ensures that they never become repetitive. 18 months ago my chloesterol was 10.5. Today it is 4.5!!!! .and the statin I'm on is low dose and not the one they give bypass patients which I had to take before Woo. You must take some credit for this. Because of you I exercise regularly I gave up industrial strenth coffee. I lost a stone and now think about what I eat (would like to loose more but you can't have it all. And guess what I'm not going to have a stroke any time soon. Thank you Kelly.

It is good in yoga as Kelly is able to work on specific areas of our body and since she has started working on our shoulders I have noticed a real difference in my posture and movement in my neck and
shoulder areas for the better. I have gone from being a couch potato for over 20 years to exercising with Kelly, slowly building up from one class a week to now being able to do a variety of classes with Kelly including Zumba, Yoga, HIIT and now Pilates!!!"

As a working mom of two I was having difficulty making regular classes so I signed up for the HIIT online with Kelly. It was just what I needed & it fit into my lifestyle perfectly. 12 minutes of intense exercise who can't fit that into their day. Have to agree with everything Leo has said. I'm 50 and overweight and I do an aerobics class followed by a Zumba class on Monday and Wednesdays! I really enjoy it, mainly because Kelly encourages you to take rest or drinks breaks whenever you need to, but also to try and push yourself sometimes which is brilliant for self-esteem. And most of all, to just enjoy it!!

Have been a member of gyms, and tried classes in most places and never really enjoyed them, Kelly's classes are excellent, I have been going for 6 months, feel much fitter and definatley have more muscle definition. Great teaching style , not an army major or too soft, everything explained, moves for all levels, very friendly classes, lots of fun.

Only been couple of times so far, ive done many dance classes but this is something else, i love it! Kelly is brilliant, makes it so much fun. My daughter wants to come now too! I am a big girl but this doesnt make me feel self conscious at all and i can keep up!bonus! thanks Kelly:)

Great classes,been going to zumba twice a week & aerobic class on a monday night,really enjoy both classes & definatly have noticed a change in body shape.Kelly is a great instructor and makes the classes great fun & they really lift your mood. would recommend everyone to try ,Brill !!
