Not only do I feel better in myself I think I'm beginning to tone up a bit to. I can also get back into my size 12 jeans ( which is great ) and slowly losing a little bit of weight not a lot but it's something. Since I've been doing the workouts I have lost 7lbs so I'm on the right track, still got a long way to go would like to lose another stone to be really happy .
We go away for a week on 3rd July so looking forward to that and we always do a lot of walking but I will be working out before and after .
It's a pity I live in Oxford because I think I would consider coming to an exercise class with you outside or indoors
So keep up with the good videos on line and getting me back to my old normal happy self .

Love 💕 doing Keep fit with Kelly so many classes to choose from and you can repeat them as many times as you like when you want. Kelly’s enthusiasm and positive approach has kept me and everyone in the right frame of mind to help us get through the pandemic. I’ve been part of the Keep fit with Kelly online group since the beginning of lockdown. I’d only just come back to exercise after a few months off following an operation and wanted to commit to getting my fitness and strength back in an online group environment. Kelly has done a fab job of adapting her fitness classes to an online platform. The classes are varied, my personal favourites are HIIT, kettlebells and the new Body Max classes. There’s always something new to try and to suit your energy level; the Pilates classes are especially nice. It’s also really good that there is a huge collection of classes to go back through. Kelly is really enthusiastic and motivating, she keeps classes fresh and always keeps us moving. Highly recommend!

Since the 80s exercise has played a big part in my life. I love dancing and music so starting with aerobics, it seemed a good way to keep fit. In 2010 I became a founder member of Kelly's fitness group doing 2 classes each week. When lockdown came I felt quite despondent at the thought of not being able to continue my various exercise and dance classes including Kelly's. However, Kelly immediately came to the rescue. Despite the shock of possibly losing the business she had worked hard to build up, and being the positive proactive person she is, she set up her online classes immediately. Since then she had provided our group with 12 exercise classes a week. The variety of exercises is excellent and I try to do at least 10 if not all of them.
I am coming up to 71 yrs of age and enjoy all of Kelly's classes; the variety of the music, the moves as well as the laughs and banter during the live sessions which is keeping me fit, strong and uplifted. All the classes remain in her online group so they can be done anytime and that is so convenient.
I thank Kelly for my fitness and wellbeing, she has been a godsend and I look forward to a long future of online classes with her

Hi I joined Kelly's classes back in 2016 after I finished work. Reason I joined was not only do the exercise but for my mental health too. And after 4 years I have to say Kelly has been my saviour. I do 4 classes a week in normal times and through the last 6 months have continued to do so if not more some weeks. Kelly is so upbeat and enthusiastic its infectious and motivational. Also through lockdown she has tried to vary classes to keep us interested. Well done Kelly I hope you have another 10 years of success.

I started working out with Kelly online in June and have absolutely loved it. Classes are varied and loads of fun and if I miss any I just catch up on the weekend as they are all recorded. I’ve gone from struggling to fit in exercise more than once or twice a week (full time stressful job, long commute, mother to 2 young children) to doing a 30 minute workout every day (sometimes I do 2 classes back to back) and I’m feeling fitter and stronger than ever. Previously I did the odd free HIIT training class on YouTube but nothing beats the feeling of working out live with a group of lovely ladies and it’s this aspect and the accountability it brings that has kept me motivated to keep it up. I’m hoping Kelly stays online for as long as possible!

I saw your classes and thought they would be fab to help me with getting wedding dress ready.... I came to two classes and loved them and then lockdown came! I was so excited when you started your online classes, it allowed me to do more classes. Although our wedding has been postponed I’ve kept up the classes and it’s allowed me to fit them around work. Your classes have helped to not only keep me fit and healthy, but they have helped my mental health and well being. I’ve tried classes I probably would never have tried and when I’m getting clubbercise steps wrong no one knows 😂

Before lockdown I attended Kelly’s classes twice a week, doing 3-4 different classes, which I enjoyed and kept me motivated and fit. I also enjoyed the social aspect.
I am so grateful for Kelly continuing her classes on line during this trying time, they have helped me a great deal to cope mentally. I am now doing around 5-6 classes a week, with the added bonus of doing them at weekends. Kelly is always happy, giving support in many different ways to everyone in the group. I had only just joined Kelly’s classes before the shut down but loved the fact that she did a variety of classes and lots of different times which really suited me as I do shift work, although some weeks I had to miss out because of work, not any more! The online classes are brilliant I’m managing around 3 or 4 a week and I can do them to suit which is just the best, even my 2 and 4 year old join in for a little bit! I definitely feel much fitter and I think if I didn’t have this in my life at the present time I would be in a much different state mentally and physically, try it Kelly’s the best!

I use to regularly attend Kelly’s classes but due to work commitments I have been unable to attend for quite a few months.
