Kelly is the most motivated and upbeat person that I have ever met, I have been attending her live classes periodically over the last 10 years. The coronavirus pandemic has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and this is why I decided to join her online classes and outdoor small training group during the pandemic; her positivity is what you need at 7am in the morning! I value Kelly’s input and encouragement and she is always able to come up with new and interesting exercises on line and in the outdoor group.
The outdoor sessions were hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. I always felt invigorated and ready to take on the day after a session. I will miss them especially the interaction with the other ladies, but I will continue to work out on line and look forward to the outdoor sessions again next Spring and beyond.

I have been attending the early morning small group training sessions with Kelly over the last three weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, so much so I have re-joined in August too. Kelly has made the classes varied and most importantly - great fun! I particularly liked the Up Sally Down Sally workout LOL! The class leaves me feeling energised to start the day. Kelly's on line classes have been a godsend during lock down too but being able to exercise in the outdoors and face to face with a small group has pushed me to get more out of my workout. I would definitely recommend joining the training sessions as well as the on line work outs, as you can do these at a time that suits you.

I love 💕 working out 💪 with Kelly. Over the past few months in lockdown her vibrant style & upbeat attitude has kept me motivated & determined to maintain some form of healthy lifestyle in this crazy world we live in. The on line classes have been great 👍 & more recently Kelly has run some small group training sessions outdoors.
I have had the pleasure of doing these early morning setting me up for a good day at work.
Each week the workouts are well planned & slightly different which keep you well engaged, challenged & suitably ‘worked out’.
Training outside has been refreshing & lots of fun.
Kelly’s dedication is really clear. She is energetic, fun, committed, honest & inspirational ....I cannot recommend the outdoor & on line classes enough ...thank you Kelly 👏👏

Absolutely loved doing the small group training with Kelly these last 4 weeks. It was so well planned and thought out but so much fun too. It was great to get out of the house and get energised for the week not just that day. It also helped me keep focused and on plan. Couldn't thank or recommend this more. Thanks for all the time and thought you put in it truly reflects in each session

Just before lockdown I attended two of Kelly’s classes. I am getting married this year and really wanted to loose weight & feel good in myself. Since lockdown I have been following Kelly’s online classes which work around my busy work life. I really missed doing a live class and snapped up the opportunity to join Kelly’s small group training on a Thursday morning. I honestly look forward to my early alarm... it’s given me even more motivation to push myself and each week I feel healthier and fitter. Each week we have done something new and having Kelly push me has given me that extra motivation I’ve needed. It fits in before work and you start the day feeling amazing. I said it during lockdown and I will say it now, Kelly has been my key worker, not only supporting our physical health but keeping our mental health fit and well. I can’t wait to keep them up in August
