In March 2023 I started attending Kelly's classes again after dipping in and out, I was attending 3 classes a week and although my body was changing I wasn't losing any weight, I thought my eating habits were ok but nothing was happening on the scales, so in November I decided something had to change as I was feeling low, lethargic and not confident in my clothes.

For the past few years I had been feeling out of shape and was struggling to commit to regular gym sessions and workouts around family life. My clothes were feeling too tight, I wasn’t feeling myself and I wasn’t feeling very healthy.
I have scoliosis of the spine and an epigastric hernia so I always worried about aggravating them through exercise.
A friend shared one of Kelly’s posts on Facebook about her PT sessions and I was really tempted. However as I didn’t know Kelly I initially signed up to her early bird club to test the waters.
After just a few sessions I knew Kelly was the right person to help me achieve my goals so I signed up for PT and I am so glad I did!
My goals were to lose weight and to feel healthier and Kelly has helped me to do just that. Kelly has helped me to eat better without having to sacrifice any of things I like (including prosecco 😅) and has tailored my PT sessions perfectly to lose inches and pounds and to feel healthier. As an added bonus the pain I was experiencing due to my scoliosis has greatly reduced and I’ve had no additional problems with my hernia!
Early bird club is a brilliant way to kickstart my day with a lovely group of ladies and means I’ve got my exercise fix done by 7.45am.
I absolutely love my PT sessions; Kelly motivates and pushes me further than I’d ever do alone, we do something fun and different every week and I’m even lifting weights!
Thank you Kelly for helping me to feel so much better, you are a ray of sunshine and I can’t wait to see what you have in store for me in the New Year!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your help over the last six weeks!
Having signed up at the end of last year to riding my bike from Lands End to John O Groats in September 2020, I felt I needed help in getting fitter and stronger in anticipation for my 980 mile in 9 days!
I’ve been attended Kelly’s classes at Coppice for around 7 years, not every week religiously but trying to get there when I could. I’ve always enjoyed Kelly’s classes, Clubbercise on a Tuesday and Hiit and Pilates on a Wednesday.
I felt I needed to commit to my challenge and asked Kelly for some personal training. Over the last 6 weeks I have not only lost 11lb and 6 inches, but have reignited my love of exercise.
It has been a pleasure having Kelly come to my home twice a week, Kelly is so enthusiastic and passionate about healthy eating and exercise that it’s infectious! Kelly has listened and encouraged me to get stronger and healthier.
I feel ready to up my mileage in training and work towards my challenge in September. I’ve started kettlebells on a Tuesday night and have really enjoyed using the weights to get stronger and leaner, the results happened very quickly!
If anyone thinks that personal training is for them, Kelly is your key to a new you, such a lovely, bright, happy, smiling real lady, you won’t look back!

I can’t begin to tell you how chuffed I am to have lost a stone and 14 inches overall!!!
For anyone thinking of trying PT sessions with Kelly...I had been promising myself to start exercising for longer than I care to admit.
I was feeling down and drinking more often than I should. Then, a few months back, I got taken along to a great exercise class ‘open day’ with my lovely friend Yvette and met the fabulous Kelly. She is so friendly and welcoming that I decided to take the big step of booking some personal training sessions with her. I did have a mild panic before the first session and very nearly cancelled. I am so glad that Kelly gently convinced me to give it a try. I loved Kelly’s sessions immediately! I had 3 x PT sessions with Kelly but got Cellulitis thanks to an insect bite and then came down with Laryngitis/Acute Pharyngitis (Doctor’s diagnosis differed?!). During these few weeks of feeling really poorly, I obviously couldn’t exercise at all but I did manage to stick to Kelly’s clean eating meal plans. Obviously my appetite wasn’t great being ill and I was reliant on my fab friend ‘Katie’s’ homemade soups to get me through the first week of feeling awful but I have found that my whole outlook on what I eat has changed in a very short period of time. The menus are easy to follow and I find shopping for food much less stressful, knowing what my week’s meals are going to be. I don’t feel bloated anymore and I don’t really miss the carbs, I’ve stopped drinking alcohol and now that I’m finally starting to feel better, I can actually get off my sick bed/sofa and get out in the fresh air and gently start to exercise again. Kelly even changed the way we exercise because of my painful cough so that it didn’t aggravate it. My voice is still not fully recovered but thankfully, you don’t have to talk whilst you exercise. Kelly is always upbeat, positive and great fun. I will most definitely be booking another 10 PT sessions.
