The BrainFit Workout is a 45 minute group class consisting of 30 minutes movement
with 15 minutes meditation.

Cris Lou Mac Loved the class - definitely felt the empowerment helped with sustaining exercise after I would normally have stopped . Have found myself chanting to myself when doing HIIT and Blockfit and surprisingly it does work . The meditation is a great way to end I cannot believe how quickly my mind and body relaxes . Would definitely join another course if you run it again. Thanks again for bringing us something new !
