In my Drop a Dress Size club I will be working with a small group of women over 4 weeks helping them learn a new way of eating that will change the way they look at food and weight loss for ever!
In Drop a Dress Size Club as well as talking about food and exercise we will be going deeper into other things that can affect weight loss such as hormones, stress and lack of sleep, learning ways that we can unplug and take 5 minutes a day just for us!!!
The emphasis will be on support with access to myself and the other ladies in our private Facebook group plus access to me throughout the 4 weeks
Each week we will be having a group discussion, weigh and measure and an exercise session.
Heres what we will be covering over the four sessions
Week One - How the plan works so that when we are done you can carry on alone
Week Two - Hormones and How they Affect Weight Loss so that you can understand how your body really works
Week Three - How we can use Daily Affirmations to Control Cravings so that you can learn techniques to stop you reaching for the biscuit tin
Week Four - Where do we go from here so that you can continue your journey confidently

The course will run on a Saturday morning at Holy Cross Church Hall Walmley for 4 weeks 9am -10.00am
