Another great workout afternoon ! I loved the salsa and trying to power hoop.. I was shattered by the time we did yoga but it put me in the mood for doing yoga again with you in January.

Another amazing afternoon introducing us to new regimes but also the the instructors you invite are inspirational women like yourself who make us feel whatever age or level we are at anything is possible. Thank you kelly I think everyone would agree it was amazing xx

Thoroughly enjoyed Saturday afternoon. Didn't know what to expect really. Always good to be reminded of basic clean eating rules & loved trying yoga and fitness pilates for the first time. I'm interested to see if the sugar cravings tips & hypnosis makes a difference going forward.
I'm planning on joining your Pilates class once I've settled in my new job.

I think I was expecting a balance between some exercise and some interesting information about how we can help ourselves with feeling healthier. The hypnotherapy information was something new to me and very interesting. I enjoyed being part of the 'unknown' and taking part in that session. The afternoon did achieve the balance I was expecting and wish I could have stayed until the end! Charlotte

I didn't really know what to expect other than a relaxing session, which is pretty much what I got. I enjoyed the whole afternoon but found the Hypnotherapy talk particularly interesting.

I was expecting to learn some stress relieving
Techniques and to hopefully feel relaxed. It certainly
Lived up to and exceeded my expectations.
The highlight was the brainfit as I like the combination of exercise and meditation.

I really enjoyed the Mind Body Workshop it was lovely to have the mixture of the upbeat workout classes and the relaxation at the end.
It’s pretty much what I expected – possibly not so much exercise but I actually enjoyed the amount of exercise we did.
I would definitely attend again.
