Do I need to book for one of your classes?
No there is no need to book for any of my classes, you are welcome to just come along.
What should I wear?
You should wear normal comfy gym wear and trainers
What should I bring?
Please bring yourself and a drink. If you are coming to Fitness Pilates or yoga then you need to bring a mat to lie on for
the floor work and in Kettlercise you will need your own Kettlebell
Do you dance with a partner in Zumba and does it matter if I can't dance?
No we dance on our own in class, there is no need for a partner. You just need to be able to move your body, smile and have fun.
Do I have to be super fit to do your classes?
No, not at all. Alll our classes are suited to all fitness levels and alternative options are given throughout.
