"Before reading what we were allowed to eat I was expecting a sugar free clean eating plan.
Once I had read the list of allowed foods I was a little worried about sticking to it as I’m not a big meat eater or a great cook (my husband does all the cooking and is a bit anti diets!). Recipes with lots of ingredients or prep just scare me so I decided to stay simple.
