The weekend is based at The Grange, in Derbyshire, an 18th century barn which has been converted to a beautiful 6 bedroom house. The property is situated in beautiful open countryside, officially designated a Special Landscape Area, between the villages of Kirk Ireton and Idridgehay.
It is a perfect place for a weekend of fitness and relaxation allowing you to forget about the hustle and bustle of life.
Whilst the weekend has an itinerary there will be plenty of time to simply unwind, and as all of the activities are optional you can do as much or as little as you wish.
The weekend will cater for all fitness levels and will be led by Kelly, an experienced fitness instructor.
The weekend is only open to a small group of ladies, and places are given on a first come first served basis.

13:30 Relaxation time.Kelly will be hosting a sugar free afternoon tea and answering questions about healthy eating, how to stop cravings etc during this time. You will also be allocated a slot for your 30 minute facial or 30 minute back massage

- Single occupancy of double room with en suite £369 per person (only ONE available)

What is Included?
- 2 nights accommodation with arrival from 16.00 on the Friday and departure after lunch on the Sunday
- All activities and the walk around Carsington Water
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (dinner will be catered by the owners of the barn)
- Tea, coffee and healthy snacks
- A choice of a 30 minute back massage or 30 minute facial

Bookings
Bookings will be on a first come first served basis and your booking will only be confirmed once your non refundable deposit of £100 has been received. The balance will then be payable 10 weeks before

I will then confirm via email if your room choice is available and you will be able to use the button below to make your payments via debit or credit card.
Please note that the room will only be confirmed once your payment is received and there will be no refunds given.
Please also note that this weekend is only open to ladies and all attendees must be 18 or over.
A health questionnaire will be given to you to complete prior to attending and you must inform the person leading your class/activity if you have any injuries or health concerns or any specific allergies or dietary requirements.
