I am intrigued to see how I sleep, what my resting heart rate is and my steps!!
Wow on Monday I did 25,000 steps!!!
Guess that means I am active......
I know I am active already but I think it will make me conscious of my steps on weekends and holidays etc and for less active people I think it is a fab motivator!
So have you got one??? Has it made you more active?? Has it made you focus on your sleep more?????
I would be interested to hear your thoughts on them...
