So lets not let it stop our fitness plan...just take some sensible steps and you will be fine...
1. Stay hydrated...drink water before during and after exercise..
2. Wear loose comfortable clothing
3. If doing exercise in the evening and it has been hot during the day have a cool shower before class
4. Modify the intensity....be sensible especially if exercising outside.....
