Well I have had an amazing weekend, I treated Jamie to a weekend away at Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa. I have to say it was like staying on the set of Downton Abbey. It was the type of place that you just completely shut off and relax and that is just what I did! I think its great to be able to have a change of scenery once in a while and just chill!! 
Back to it now and as its half term I have Jess at home with me, I love not having to do the school run every day though. I have all classes running as normal this week but I have got a couple of classes being covered by some guest instructors this week so please make them welcome!!!!

Well this week has been all about filming for me. I really want to get some online downloads of different workouts up and running on my website for you all to enjoy. I think these are a great addition to classes as they give you a chance to do a quick 10-15 minute workout whenever you can! I also can take my business further afield as anyone in the world can buy a download. I have started to sell some HIIT workouts and spent all of Sunday filming some Fitness Pilates ones so if you want to buy one then take a look at the online fitness page and "add to cart" what you fancy!

Another busy week goes by!!! Great classes last week and I would like to say a big welcome to all the new faces!!!! Good to see some old faces coming back to get fit for Christmas!!!! The new KelFit 50/50 class continues to go very well and the feedback seems to be from the Pilates we are discovering tummy muscles we haven't felt for a while!!
I am still working through my nutrition qualification and have had a few people tell me already how much they are looking forward to my new KelFit Clean and Lean Online Fat Loss plan which is coming in January. Keep looking out for my downloads as well which will be on the website in a couple of days, you will be able to purchase some quick workouts to do at home whenever suits you in addition to classes!!!! Wow.....so much can happen in a week!!! I'm moving house which all happened within the last week so that has been pretty major for me over the past few days. I am so excited though as we move in six weeks so we will be all settled for Christmas!!!
Last week class wise was as always fab, lots of new faces and some old faces popping back up!!! I do miss you when you don't come to class for a bit and am always genuinely pleased to see people come back. I always understand that life can get in the way sometimes and this time of the year always seems to be when people get back into the groove with their fitness.
I continued to work on my nutrition qualification which I am finding really interesting and I cant wait to launch my KelFit Clean and Lean Fat Loss Plan next year. I think people are really going to like not having to count calories and points but just eating real unprocessed food.
I finalised numbers for the Christmas party on the 21st December and there are 32 of us so I imagine its going to be a great night!!!
I had an interesting time with a new salsa that we put into class last week, it got the brains whirring!!!!! I love throwing new dances in though and very soon they become second nature!!!!

I just adore strictly come dancing and never ever miss an episode. I think I love it so
much because I love music and dancing obviously but its real escapism. It’s a time that you can sit down and immerse yourself in the glitz and glamour and it’s a real feel good family show. I love
to see the great dancers obviously and I have to say my favourites this week were Abbey’s waltz and Suzannah  jive but I also love to see the ones who aren’t quite so good but give it a go!!!! Its great to see the improvements over the weeks and the change as people lose weight and tone up is amazing.
 It just shows I think what great exercise dancing can be and also that it doesn’t matter
if you aren’t perfect at all the steps, the public very often love the ones who aren’t perfect…remember John Sargeant!!!!!
 I relate this in a tiny way to when new people walk through the door in a Zumba class,
quite often they say “I’m not co-ordinated” or “I’m worried I will look stupid”.  It really doesn’t matter whether you get the steps right or wrong, as long as you are moving and enjoying it that is all that matters!!! As for looking stupid, believe me no one takes any notice of what you are doing they are so  busy watching what they are doing!!!!!
