A week in my life!!!!

Wow.....so much can happen in a week!!! I'm moving house which all happened within the last week so that has been pretty major for me over the past few days. I am so excited though as we move in six weeks so we will be all settled for Christmas!!!
Last week class wise was as always fab, lots of new faces and some old faces popping back up!!! I do miss you when you don't come to class for a bit and am always genuinely pleased to see people come back. I always understand that life can get in the way sometimes and this time of the year always seems to be when people get back into the groove with their fitness.
I continued to work on my nutrition qualification which I am finding really interesting and I cant wait to launch my KelFit Clean and Lean Fat Loss Plan next year. I think people are really going to like not having to count calories and points but just eating real unprocessed food.
I finalised numbers for the Christmas party on the 21st December and there are 32 of us so I imagine its going to be a great night!!!
I had an interesting time with a new salsa that we put into class last week, it got the brains whirring!!!!! I love throwing new dances in though and very soon they become second nature!!!!
