I was on a course on Saturday updating my knowledge on the best ways to burn fat and feel better.
Guess what loads of it was the stuff that my clients on The Hot Body diet are already doing.
My story is that I am someone who has always struggled with my weight, I have to watch what I eat and have done every diet there is going.
I have done diets where I have been starving and feeling miserable.
That is until I discovered clean eating.
It makes you feel good on the inside and out to eat "clean"
I wake up every morning full of energy and raring to go.
Now if I let my nutrition slip which I hold my hands up and say I have over the last few weeks, I feel rubbish.
So last week I thought to myself right you have to get back on it.
It is hard and we are always surrounded by temptations, sugar being a massive one for me.
But I have my holiday in 8 weeks and I know if I don't clean up my eating then I will regret it when I am on holiday and I don't feel my best.
Now that is not just to do with how I will look on the beach but I want to feel toned and more confident.
So I am having a strict 8 weeks now, I am going to eat as clean as I can, avoid sugar and get my daily workouts in, in addition to the classes I teach.
Because that is another thing I have learnt, my body is used to the exercise I do, so I need to step it up with some extra workouts to see changes.
