I have been busy reading a lot lately about the science behind fat loss and about the fact that research now shows us that a lot of what we have been told about how we should be eating is wrong.....maybe that is why we have such an obesity problem along with a growing number of Type 2 diabetes cases???
I will be sharing some of my own personal journey with you all as well, including a photo of me 9 years ago when I was 2 stone heavier than I am now, before I embarked on a clean eating journey.
