If you do then try this yummy cake recipe, I made this last weekend for our sugar free afternoon tea on the Fitness Retreat and they loved it!
Lemon Drizzle Cake
100g butter
200g dates
175g gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
2 tbsp almond milk
1 lemon
Pop all the ingredients minus the lemon into a food processor.
Grate the lemon rind into mixture and process to a smooth consistency
Put the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees
When cooked remove and pop some small holes in the top, squeeze the lemon juice over the cake
