I couldn't let that pass without mentioning it....
I will be supporting it with a run in the morning, Zumba and Zumba Gold in the morning and then Piloxing on the evening,phew!
So plenty of fitness for me!

Will you be doing a class, going to the gym, doing a workout at home, running, swimming what is your favourite way to keep fit?
I think September is a wonderful month to look at your fitness goals and set yourself some new ones
I read something this week though about PE at school and it took me back to my PE days, it may surprise some of you that I absolutely hated it!
I used to do anything I could to get out of it, I wasn't sporty, I hated the showers after, the whole memory of PE at school makes me shiver
I didn't discover my love of exercise until I left school at 17, and then I dabbled in and out of it until really falling in love with it at 30
It makes me smile to think about that now as these days Monday - Friday at least I live in my trainers and sports gear, constantly engaging in exercise!
I dont know what changed but I am glad that it did as exercise and fitness make my life complete, I can't imagine what I would do if I couldn't exercise.
