I have another transformation to share with you this week
Look at this lovely picture of Samina,
Sami joined my KSFL live group in January and has been really successful losing a stone
But look at that inch loss, from the picture on the right to the one on the left!
Amazing, she looks great
And a big part of that is exercise, swell as attending my class each week she fins 10 minutes a morning to follow a workout at home
And look at the difference it has made
Just 10 minutes a day of the sort of training I offer at home makes a world of difference!
