When we are trying to be healthier and make some positive changes if we have a "slip up" we are often really hard on ourselves
Instead of focusing on all the positive changes we HAVE made we often focus on things that maybe didn't go to plan...
I think its really important to remember we are all only human and if we are trying to improve our diet as a complete lifestyle change then life will happen sometimes...holidays, meals out, celebrations can all get in the way
Life is for living....my motto is enjoy it then get straight back on plan..
