Have you got a sweet tooth?

I have and giving up sugar is something I find hard to do every day and I know that lots of my clients also feel like this.

So I wanted to share my cookie recipe with you today.

These are easy to make and taste delicious, all my family love them!

So here you go:

Kelly's Clean Choccie Cookies

100g ground almonds

100g ground hazelnuts

100g buckwheat flour

100ml honey

100ml water

3 tablespoons cacao powder

3 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Simply place all the ingredients into a food processor until a sticky dough forms.

Place some greaseproof paper onto a baking tray and form the dough into cookie shapes, placing onto the baking tray, you should get between 8-10 cookies.

Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes and then put your feet up and enjoy with a cuppa (decaf or fruit preferably!)
